Stages of Strategic Knowledge

Successful people are ordinary people who saw an opportunity and new how to act on it. Worrying about your situation won't help. Nothing is worse than worry except excuses. You can win the position that you were meant to have in this world, but you have to start by learning the skills. We use four stages of learning to teach the nine skills in five levels that make up the SOSI'S STARS (Standard Techniques in Adaptive Response Strategy) Program.

We call the various levels of  the Institute's STARS Program, the four E's: Exploration, Education, Exercise, and Expertise. Exploration gives you an overview of the system and its value. Education communicates the system's knowledge. Exercise develops its skills. Expertise provides expert guidance. Learn more about what these components entail in this quick Flash Show on our Training Stages.

You learn nine skills  in the STARS  program. They are 1) Position Awareness, 2) Source Development, 3) Opportunity Identification, 4) Opportunity Evaluation, 5) Safe Experimentation, 6) Fast Response, 7) Creative Response, 8) Position Claiming, and 9) Position Security. Learn more in this Flash Show on our Skills Pyramid.

These skills levels are arranged in five levels: 1) Apprentice, 2) Explorer, 3) Professional, 4) Expert, and 5) Master Levels. We explain the needs and benefits of each level in this Flash show on the STARS Strategic Maturity Model.
