Sun Tzu's Adaptive Response (STAR) Strategy

STAR Strategy teaches that it is not how smart you are but how you well
you see the patterns of opportunity. It’s
not how hard you work but the patterns of your behavior. History has proven the
success of STAR strategic patterns
for over 2,500 years. In cognitive theory, the use of these patterns is
called "recognition-primed decision-making" or "thin-slicing." It only takes two
minutes to prove for yourself how powerful this skill is.
